Pre Sale Questions

It can take us up to 4 business days to process your order. During this time, you might not see any tracking information. You will receive an email confirmation once your order is on its way to you. Orders placed on Friday or over the weekend typicall ship on Monday, barring any national holidays. Heads up! If your order has shipped via DHL, tracking might not show every step of the journey– they usually only update at pickup and delivery. Unfortunately, we don't have extra info from DHL about where your package is at the moment. But hey, no worries! Rest assured, it's making its way to you.

We understand there may be situations where you need to cancel or edit your order. While we will always do our best to accommodate your needs, our orders do move through the fulfillment center pretty quickly. Once your order has reached our warehouse, we will not be able to cancel or edit it due to system limitations. If we are not able to cancel or edit your order and you would like a different size, color, or style, we are happy to help you process an exchange or return within 30 days for any unworn product! Rothy’s are designed to be the most comfortable shoes in your closet. All our styles are built according to established industry standards for fit and sizing. However, due to our unique knitting technique and the shape of each silhouette, there may be slight variances in fit. Need help finding the right fit? Visit our size chart for additional help. Please reach out to us if you have any further questions about fit and sizing.
We offer free shipping within the U.S. and on qualifying orders in select countries. All available shipping options will be shown at checkout.

Merchandise may be returned for refund or exchange within 30 days of delivery. Merchandise must be returned or exchanged with all tags attached. Worn, washed, or altered merchandise will not be accepted. Paid shipping fees will not be refunded. Other exclusions may apply, including but not limited to no returns on gift cards, gift for sale items, or any items marked final sale.

Normally we don't provide support during weekends, except for urgent cases. In these cases, you only need to mark “Urgent” in your email, we will get back to you ASAP.

Our shoes are machine washable as needed! We recommend cold water and mild detergent on gentle cycle and air dry only. The insoles should be removed from the shoes prior to washing but they too can be machine washed. Do not use bleach. Since they are made out of recycled plastic water bottles they will shrink if exposed to heat of any sort. It's as easy as that. Learn more about how to wash each of our styles here.
